Our experience with building while living in Chicago was incredibly easy as Steve guided us through the process and gave weekly updates…including pictures. Steve’s quiet authority and experience gave us confidence while making decisions from afar. Building on the side of a mountain had some challenges and there were several instances when Steve went beyond his scope of responsibilities to solve these issues and assure us of a timely resolution. His dedication is most appreciated and we are blessed to have such a beautiful home.
